Trinidad and Tobago are to send a bodybuilding team to the World Bodybuilding, Fitness & Body Fitness Championships in Spain.

The last time they sent a competitior to the world championships was 18 years ago!

This is a great incentive for the bodybuilders who are competing at the National Bodybuilding Championship tomorrow (15th Sep) at Queens Hall.

The World Championships will be held from September 20-23 and start in less than one week. This doesn’t give the competitors too much time for practice but they should be in reasonable shape becuase they are competiting at national level this weekend.
