38 year old Sean Ferguson has won the title of Mr Great Britain in the heavyweight division class.

He competed against 77 other bodybuilders at the Championship in Edinburgh. This win means he will be competing in the World Championship in Greece.

This is all after he took a four year break from bodybuilding. He says it was the hardest thing he has done winning the title. He eats a strict regime of 10 small meals per day and obviously trains regularly to keep his muscles proportioned and defined.
