Xyleese Richards from Worcester, UK has finished third in the UK British Bodybuilding Championships.

This is quite an achievement considering she has only recently make the switch from fitness to bodybuilding. Her husband is also a bodybuilder and they have recently been training in Gold’s Gym which is where Arnold Schwarzenegger used to do all his training.

She is widely tipped to win the championship next year as she will have more time to build up those muscles.
