The glutamine helps to body to deal with the stress that you are putting it under and the nitric oxide allows certain muscle building materials to flow around the body easier.

Sadly, steroids are still a major part of life for many bodybuilders. These are really not recommended as they can cause a wide range of quite serious side effects. Also, you will not be able to compete in any competitions if you are using steroids as you will be banned. Also, don’t forget that many steroids are also illegal, so you can end up in all sorts of trouble if caught using them. So always try to be as natural as you possibly can. It will only be a good thing in the long run.
