This also develops the habit of discipline and dedication. The problem that most people would encounter is they do not know how to determine if the body is ready enough for rigorous exercises, the answer depends on the person themselves, if they think that they are prepared enough for the process then they can go on. However, be reminded that severely strenuous activity like weight lifting is dangerous for very young body; it’s just a matter of commonsense. Bodybuilding for teens is just the same for an adult.
